Shipping
- Free shipping
- On all orders over $99, shipped within the continental United States.
- Standard shipping
- A flat $12 on orders under $99.
- Processing time
- Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Transit time
- Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- How to start
- Email info@rewris-essentials.com with your order details and we'll send return instructions.
- Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
- Return shipping
- Covered by us when the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.
- Exclusions
- Clearance items and opened food-storage consumables are final sale.
Damaged or missing items
- Report within 7 days
- Send a photo of the item and the outer carton and we will replace or refund it.
- Glassware
- Breakage in transit is replaced at no cost — it happens, and it is on us to fix.
